Notice: New Order Policy
Starting Monday, September 1st
All orders $50 or more will require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. You may also pay in full.
-Cancel 1 week in advance, deposit can be refunded
-Cancel less than 1 week in advance, deposit in nonrefundable
(I am unable to fill your spot at this point)
-If you move the date and it works for all parties the deposit is transferable
I hate to have to do this, but we have had a lot of no shows the past two months, and I can't have that happen.
Notice: Busy Season
Providing Notice
Normally, we ask for 48 hours (2 full working days) notice on simple special orders. For more complex designs we ask for more time.
We usually stop taking orders Wednesday for Saturday and
Thursday for Sunday.
However, we have been booking up fast, sometimes a week in advance for weekends. If you know you would like us to make your cake, please call us as soon as you know.
Normally-
Regular/non-complicated orders
require at least 48 hours (2 full working days)
Some pastry orders can be 24 hours' notice if they are things we make daily in smaller quantities
Sugar cookies require at least 2 weeks' notice
Complicated cakes/orders require 1-2 weeks' notice
